Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between bdkq ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at bdkq.bet ("you", "the Player"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on bdkq, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms contained herein.

• Accurate InformationAll information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify bdkq promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
• Permitted JurisdictionYou are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using bdkq is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdkq provides services to players in Bangladesh and does not represent or warrant that such access is legal under the laws of any other country.

Account Registration and Security

When you register an account on bdkq, you agree to the following obligations relating to the management, security, and use of that account.

• Account ClosureYou may request the closure of your bdkq account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures prior to closure. bdkq reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these T&C without prior notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdkq are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits made to and withdrawals requested from your bdkq account.

• Accepted Payment Methodsbdkq accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
• Deposit ProcessingDeposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds. Other payment methods may take longer. bdkq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times.
• Withdrawal ConditionsWithdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdkq may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Bonuses and Promotions

bdkq may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering RequirementsUnless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the specified validity period.
• One Bonus Per OfferEach promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered fraudulent activity and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdkq. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing bdkq for money laundering, processing proceeds of crime, or any other fraudulent financial activity is strictly prohibited. bdkq complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Game ManipulationAny attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means is strictly forbidden. Players found using such methods will have their accounts closed and winnings voided immediately.
• Underage GamblingKnowingly allowing or facilitating access to bdkq by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited. If a registered player is found to be underage, their account will be closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits may be returned to the original payment source at bdkq's discretion.
• Collusion and Match FixingColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets on events you have influenced or have prior non-public knowledge of, constitutes a serious breach of these T&C. bdkq reserves the right to void any bets placed in suspicious circumstances and to close associated accounts.

Limitation of Liability and Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdkq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. bdkq provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

bdkq shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to your account, bdkq reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.

bdkq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service offered on the platform at any time without prior notice.
